DC 12V 5L Transfer Pump for Oil Fluid Extraction

The oil pump has a rated voltage of DC 12V and a rated power of 60W. Its maximum pressure is 0.8MPA, and its maximum flow rate is 5L/min. The pump's color is black, and its diameter is approximately 4.8cm/1.89 inches, with a length of approximately 14.5cm/5.7 inches.

The inlet pipe diameter is approximately 8mm and 6mm, with a length of approximately 110cm/43.3 inches. The outlet pipe size is approximately 10mm in diameter and 137cm in length.

The package includes 1 oil pump, 1 11mm outlet PVC pipe, 1 6mm nylon pipe, and 1 5mm brass pipe.

To use the oil pump, start the car engine and let it run for a while until the oil temperature reaches about 50 degrees. Then, connect the pump to the power and run it for a while, observing whether the inlet and outlet are functioning normally.

Next, open the filler cap, remove the dipstick, and force the tube into the bottom of the joint until it does not move. Then, put the inlet pipe from the oil dipstick into the end (the tube into the bottom of the tank, the bottom concave place) to ensure complete oil pumping. If there is no oil or the pumping is very slow or intermittent, it is generally caused by loose pipes and fittings, and you will need to reinstall them.

After oil pumping, remove the tube and run the pump for a while to pump the remaining oil inside the pumping clean, or pump water for a while until the pump head gets clean. If the pump has not been used for a long time, it may have no suction, in which case you should pour water into the pump and run it for a few minutes until the air is all out.

Please note that if you want to connect this pump to AC power, you will need a power converter. Additionally, make sure the engine is up to operating temperature before using the pump.

The cable length is approximately 30cm/11.8 inches, and the clips length is approximately 8cm/3.15 inches. The nylon pipe length is 100cm/39.4 inches, and the outlet PVC pipe length is 150cm/59 inches.
